Please follow the tracking for your order to know exactly when to expect it. You’ll be sent email updates with all the changes. If you provide a valid mobile number on your account, our delivery partner will also send you SMS delivery notifications.
Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature.
If our delivery partner is unable to deliver the order, they will usually try to deliver more than once or leave a calling card or send you an email notification confirming whether they've left it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If it wasn't delivered, the calling card will tell you how to collect the order or reschedule the delivery.
